As well as an easily accessible central Bristol office, great team environment and excellent career progression opportunities with the ability to earn 40,000+ in your first year, youll get to attend overseas conferences, for example the team will be going to Las Vegas in October. We regularly socialise and enjoy the Bristol nightlife.

As an account manager / new business sales / business development person youll be smart, likeable, learn very fast, and have substantial account management experience. Youll also be experienced at bringing in plenty of new business via the telephone and by emailing proposals.

Youll need to be able to take serious responsibility for the results your clients get, and be proactive about getting them results .We bring in leads fast as were wonders with our own marketing (of course), and theres no cold calling of prospects required. However a proactive approach to finding new referral partners will bring you in plenty of leads. Youll also need to engage in social media to build relationships both with clients and prospects as we get plenty of leads from Facebook, Twitter and Linked In.

Whats the package?

Were offering a basic of between 18k and 22k with realistic OTE to be 40k in year one. Once youve hit your client base target, you dont have to start from scratch again every month so just have to be great at keeping your clients happy!

Whats the catch?

As a fledgling business, there is nowhere to hide. , we need results and will not carry slackers. So youll need to be on top of things pretty fast. This role will involve a substantial amount of reading and up skilling yourself so be prepared to spend plenty of time outside of work learning more about our exciting industry.
