I am so bad about stretching but when I don?t stretch my body complains. Endlessly! So, to incorporate stretching into my routine in a way that is both soothing and enjoyable, I am starting to do yoga. I?ve been a fan in the past but I?ve been lax about adding it to my workouts lately. This video from ING provides some great yoga poses for runners. So, if you are a runner or even want to add a little yoga to your life, watch and learn!
